FAQ Delivery

How will my order be delivered?
As standard we will do complete delivery. If one of the products is not on stock we will deliver the full order as soon as we have it back on stock.
What are the total shipping costs?
The total shipping costs will be automatically added to your basket. Before you checkout, you will have a complete overview of your order including shipping costs.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If all ordered products are in stock and ordered before 1pm, LoadLok will ship the order on the same working day. If the article is not in stock, we will get in contact with you personally regarding the delivery time.
What delivery company is used?
We use Tuffnells as our partner for delivery within the UK and Ireland.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, this is possible. However, our central warehouse for UK is located in Hirwaun (Wales). Pick up should be done from Hirwaun on the day you requested.
What is the status of my order?
You can track your orders if you login to your account and go to ‘My orders’.
